. The company's predecessor was Cangnan County Roller Factory in Zhejiang Province, which was founded in 1992, and obtained the batch of roll production licenses issued by the former Ministry of Metallurgy in 1996. It is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of metallurgical rolls.
In 2001, it was renamed Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd., and relocated to Leidian Industrial Zone, Deqing County in 2015 to coordinate with the implementation of the Hangzhou Canal Comprehensive Insurance Project. It was renamed Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Hangjiahu Plain, covering an area of 36,500 square meters. It is located across the river from the thousand-year-old town of Tangxi. It is 900m away from the Leidian exit of Shenjiahu Expressway, 300m away from Provincial Highway 304, and 25 kilometers away from Hangzhou.
