Chilled Hard Cast Iron Roll III (CCIII) is made from a high-chromium-molybdenum alloy that is extremely hard and wear-resistant to withstand heavy loads and high-wear environments. Its hardness can reach 65-80 HSD, and it has good thermal conductivity and heat dissipation. It can dissipate heat evenly, prevent local overheating of the roll body, reduce thermal deformation and thermal stress, and improve rolling accuracy. It has good cooling and hardening properties, can quickly dissipate heat during the rolling process, maintain the hardness and shape stability of the roll, and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the rolled products. It is suitable for narrow-strip rolling mills and can meet the rolling needs of narrow-strip metal billets, including narrow-strip steel and aluminum of different sizes and materials. It can ensure that the rolled metal products have high-quality surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
Hardness HSD: 65-80
