Infinite Chilled Hard Cast Iron Roll Grade II (ICII) for Small Section Mill

Infinitely Chilled Cast Iron Roll II (ICII) is a cast iron roll designed specifically for small section mills. The rolls are made of high-nickel-chromium alloy, which has extremely high hardness and wear resistance and can withstand high stress and wear during the rolling process. It has good thermal crack resistance to avoid cracks at high temperatures. It has good thermal conductivity and can dissipate heat evenly to prevent local overheating of the roller body. The long service life can reduce the frequency of roll replacement and reduce maintenance costs. The ICII rollers are precision machined and have a high surface finish, ensuring that the rolled metal products have high-quality surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Infinitely Chilled Cast Iron Rollers II (ICII) has a lower manufacturing cost than some more expensive roll materials, but the performance is still able to meet the requirements of small section steel mills, making it cost-effective.

Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. is professional China Infinite Chilled Hard Cast Iron Roll Grade II (ICII) for Small Section Mill suppliers and OEM/ODM Infinite Chilled Hard Cast Iron Roll Grade II (ICII) for Small Section Mill company. The company's predecessor was Cangnan County Roller Factory in Zhejiang Province, which was founded in 1992, and obtained the batch of roll production licenses issued by the former Ministry of Metallurgy in 1996. It is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of metallurgical rolls.
In 2001, it was renamed Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd., and relocated to Leidian Industrial Zone, Deqing County in 2015 to coordinate with the implementation of the Hangzhou Canal Comprehensive Insurance Project. It was renamed Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Hangjiahu Plain, covering an area of 36,500 square meters. It is located across the river from the thousand-year-old town of Tangxi. It is 900m away from the Leidian exit of Shenjiahu Expressway, 300m away from Provincial Highway 304, and 25 kilometers away from Hangzhou.
