Our products not only meet the performance requirements of national standards but also exceed them in several respects. For instance, while the national standard requires a tensile strength of 450 MPa for the necks of centrifugal-cast rolls, we achieve 600 MPa; similarly, for static-cast rolls, we achieve 500 MPa compared to the standard requirement of 300 MPa. Rolls with such strength are capable of operating effectively across a wide range of environments in rolling lines for bars, wire rods, profiles, and medium-to-wide strip steel.
